Overview: The client requested training on the process of reporting expenses in Concur with its upcoming updated UI rollout. I utilized characters in the design of this training that were consistent with existing training and created visual cues to focus the learner's attention. This training uses a modeling methodology ("I do, we do, you do") to give clear instruction and guided practice, and it features a clean visual design and conversational language and phrasing consistent with the client's brand. It achieves a look that is not the ordinary templated Articulate Rise lesson while remaining simple for the learner.
