Overview: This is the very first e-learning request that I received. This engaging course allows learners to review the due diligence and earnest money period and discover information about appraisals and inspections. The design of this course utilizes Vyond to create characters consistent with the included animated video. The main menu gives the learner clear expectations of what will be covered in the course and allows them to choose where to focus attention. The course is complete with a short scenario which will allow the learner to apply his or her knowledge directly.
